Have you ever been standing on a train, bus or ferry because someone is hogging two seats? Ever had a person's headphones blaring right next to you?

The 'beasts of bad behaviour' Customer Courtesy campaign aims to positively influence customer behaviour. With nearly two million passenger journeys each weekday the campaign is designed to discourage, in a fun way, certain behaviours onboard trains, buses and ferries to improve the customer's experience of their journey.

You don't have to put up with bad behaviour on board your ferry. If you need assistance please speak to a Sydney Ferries staff member.
