Customer Satisfaction
The 2011 Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by the Bureau of Transport Statistics, found that 96% of Sydney Ferries customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with the overall service provided by Sydney Ferries. View the results of the survey here.

Sydney Ferries has increased productivity and improved efficiency across the organisation, showing a significant reduction in costs since 2007. The average cost per passenger reduced from $9.95 in 2008-09 to $8.47 in 2010-11. Read more here.
