Sydney Ferries Information Office (posted 2 April 2008)


From today, Sydney Ferries will improve its provision of information to the travelling public.

Timetable and brochure stands will be in prominent and easy to reach positions at each Circular Quay wharf to help customers get the information they need.
 
The decision to fast track new customer service initiatives is timely given the lease on the high priced information office rental space has come to an end and is no longer a viable option.
 
Sydney Ferries staff at wharves and ticket outlets will continue to provide a high level of service information and customer service with additional support provided to them through training and new brochure products.
