Sydney Ferries acknowledges The Office of Transport Safety Investigations (OTSI) report into the collision between the Pam Burridge and the motor launch Merinda that was tabled in Parliament today.
Sydney Ferries accepts the findings of Mr Paul O’Sullivan and his OTSI team and would like to thank all those people involved in this investigation.
Sydney Ferries has already taken the initiative to implement the recommendations and remains committed to ensuring it provides a safe and reliable ferry service.
Heartfelt condolences are again expressed on behalf of all Sydney Ferries staff to everyone whose lives have been touched by this tragic accident.
