Sydney Ferries and Sydney Festival - Your city in summer (Posted: 06-Jan-2011)
Take in the sights of the harbour on your way to a show. If you're heading west, jump on a ferry to Parramatta for the amazing theatre and dance performances at Parramatta Park and Riverside Theatres.
This summer, Sydney Ferries are running extra Manly Ferry services to get you to and from Festival events like the popular Festival First Night.

You bet your ferry you can Ukulele!
On Saturday, 8 January the Balmain Ukulele Club will charm customers on the Darling Harbour ferry, joining the ferry at 2.45pm at Balmain East and travelling through to Circular Quay. Join the troupe as they strum their way across the harbour and under the bridge before making their way to Hyde Park for the You Can Ukulele event.
- Sydney Ferries is running to a regular Saturday / Weekend timetable.
- Extra customer assistance staff will be in place later in the night to assist with ticket purchases and enquiries
- An additional late night Manly service operates on Saturday departing from Circular Quay Wharf 3 at 12.20am.
Tip: Buy a return ticket before you travel to avoid having to queue on your way home.
