Please read below to find important travel information for the Sydney Telstra 500 V8 Supercars at Sydney Olympic Park from Friday, 4 December through to Sunday, 6 December 2009.
Event information:
All tickets to the Sydney 500 V8 Supercars at Olympic Park include entry and travel on public transport - to and from Sydney Olympic Park - on CityRail, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses, regular Sydney Buses, and Sydney Ferries.
Remember to keep your ticket safe for your return journey home, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport.
Sydney Ferries is operating to a normal Parramatta River timetable to and from Sydney Olympic Park. Services to Sydney Olympic Park Wharf have a limited capacity. Please consider train services which regularly depart from Circular Quay Station. Sydney Ferries staff will be happy to guide you to alternative transport should a service reach capacity.
Parramatta River tidal advice and replacement bus service:
This information is for customer who may be travelling to or from the event from Parrmatta Wharf.
Replacement buses will operate between Parramatta Wharf and Rydalmere Wharf when ferry services are suspended due to low tides or the overflow of Parramatta Weir. Read more about the Parramatta River tidal advice and replacement bus service.
