When will the work be finished?
The upgrade works at Circular Quay will be carried out in two phases:
Phase 1: Wednesday, 28 October 2009 to Saturday, 19 December 2009

Work will cease over the busy summer period.

What happens if Wharf 3 cannot be used?
In the unlikely event that Circular Quay Wharf 3 has to be closed for repair, Sydney Ferries will organise replacement buses to replace ferries between Manly and Circular Quay. If this occurs, PA announcements will be made at affected wharves and signs at Circular Quay and Manly will direct customers to the replacement bus service.

What impact will these changes have on bus connections?
Sydney Ferries have tried to minimise the impact to customers by only adjusting off-peak ferry services between 7.30pm and 10.45pm.
Manly customers may notice an increase in the bus and ferry connection wait time by an additional 5 to 15 minutes.
Sydney Buses and Sydney Ferries are working together to monitor the impact on customers at Manly Wharf.
