The most fun-filled, exciting cultural event on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the annual Manly Arts Festival, gets under way again from 2 to 18 September 2011.
Offering more than 100 bright, family-friendly cultural events, ranging from exhibitions and ‘open studios’, to theatre productions, to concerts and dance performances, to films and literary events, the Manly Arts Festival takes place in scores of galleries, art-spaces, theatres, walkways and public spaces, schools, restaurants, cafés and other spaces across the Northern Beaches.
And what better way to travel to the festival than on the Famous Manly Ferry? Services depart approximately every half hour from Wharf 3, Circular Quay.
