Circular Quay Wharf 4 repair work (posted 5 May 2008)
Sydney Ferries apologises to customers for the unexpected closure of Circular Quay Wharf 4 this morning.
NSW Maritime has commissioned repair work to the plates between the wharf and pontoon.
The repairs took longer than expected this morning which resulted in the closure of Wharf 4 for safety concerns and only minor delays to services.
There is some possibility that there could be additional repair work required with the change of tide later today.
This may mean that the Neutral Bay, Watsons Bay or Mosman Services could depart from Wharf 5 or Wharf 2 this afternoon.
